A chance to share the things boiling up inside my body and my mind.

This is good...

Wanted to test the ability to post without being logged in...who'd have
thought it? My (late) grandad would choke on his boiled sweets if anyone had
dared to suggest such a thing.

Strangely enough, I listened to the Radio 2 'Music Marathon' for Children in Need. Normally I'd avoid that sort of thing but I heard Noddy Holder discussing northern soul. Unfortunately they played 'The Snake' by Al Wilson but shortly afterwards Mark Radcliff played 'Boxerbeat' by The Joboxers. Now that was a very good song and I remembered upsetting my friends in 1983 by buying the 12" version of that very song. Classic. I seem to recall that their main objection was that The Joboxers wore dungarees.
